Mr. Paa Kwesi Richardson commenced his teaching career in 1998 and has 22 years’ experience in the industry. Mr. Richardson joined the Dome branch of RisingSun Montessori School in September 2012. Having played several roles besides his core teaching responsibilities, including serving as the P.T.A Secretary from 2013 to 2018, he was appointed the Deputy Head of School in charge of administrative duties at the Dome branch in 2014. In September, 2019, Management of RisingSun Montessori School appointed Mr. Richardson as Acting Head of School for the Lashibi Campus.Mr. Paa Kwesi Richardson has immense knowledge in education due to his experience and desire to learn new things, with academic qualifications as follows: Master of Art in Ministry (MAM) from the Ghana Baptist University College, A Diploma in Theology from AFFABICO University College, and Bachelor of Science in Administration (BSc.
